You can do everything from the Fi App, including p2p payments, fund transfers, bill payments, and more, with features to automate every action. You also get a Debit Card, spends insights and tools to grow your investment and earn rewards.

However, your second replacement card will be charged at ₹250 plus 18% GST.

As a security measure, you'll need to block your current card through the app. Then, we will send you a new one.

Tap on Request New Card and follow the instructions to get a new one.

Doing so will block all Debit Card transactions (on both physical and virtual cards). Your brand-new virtual card will appear instantly in the app.

Usually, the physical card should reach your current communication address within 7-10 working days.

Pro Tip: Set up subscriptions (like Netflix) or recurring payments on your existing card? Do remember to move these to your new card.
