Fi is a money management platform that re-imagines the banking experience in India. The Federal Bank Account offered through our App, is a digital bank account that gives you the fastest way to open a bank account online.
You can do everything from the Fi App, including p2p payments, fund transfers, bill payments, and more, with features to automate every action. You also get a Debit Card, spends insights and tools to grow your investment and earn rewards.
There may be a few reasons why this is happening:
a) Check your Card controls under Card: We let users turn off certain types of transactions for security purposes.
For example: Turn OFF the 'Swipe Card' feature, especially when you're travelling. It prevents fraudsters from making a copy of your card.
But if you try to make a Point-of-Sale (POS) purchase using the card with this feature turned OFF, you won't get any transactions done. If it's OFF, toggle it ON. Then retry your transactions.
b) Double-check your Fi Savings Account's balance: If it has sufficient funds to make the transaction, reach out to our Customer Care Centre. We'll sort this out pronto!
